Shipping Policy

Currently we can only ship to the United State of America.

We do not offer in-person delivers.

All items will be shipped with USPS unless you choose differently at checkout. 

All items will be shipped in either a poly mailer or a shipping box, depending on your order.

 

Processing times

All items will be shipped out in one to three business days, Monday through Friday. If you purchase Friday afternoon, your order will not get shipped out until next Monday.

We are closed for shipping on federal/seasonal holidays.

 

Lost/stolen items 

If you believe your item to be lost or stolen from your mailbox, please email us at hello@knitandpurrstore.com IMMEDIATELY so we can help. A full refund is not guaranteed. 

 

Shipping address 

If your package is returned to me because it could not be delivered or an insufficient address. I will reach out to you by email and confirm that the address you provide is correct. An extra shipping charge will be added to your order, to ship your package a second time. Please make sure you provide an accurate shipping address.
